My recent stay fell short of my expectations. The ambiance was nice, but the breakfast was unsatisfactory, and the service was ok.
Great beds and Ok location. The staff members dont speak english so well and they charge a different amount (Higher price) then in your booking confirmation. I pointed this out when checking-out as well. But never got a clear answer from the reception. Still not solved
This hotel and the staff are great!!! Special thanks to Eugene who speaks fluently in English, Russian, German and more... He and the staff are very helpful with any questions. The rooms are very clean, food is excellent. We are planning to visit again and recommend this place to many our friends.
Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Superior service, beautiful property, very good food. We love the spa, pools and the park. We look forward to going back soon.
Abanos finest hotel. A hotel that has it all.
A solid five-star hotel across the entire board from cleanliness to facilities. The hotel recalls the ambience of a true grand hotel in a prime location on the footsteps of the center of Abano. What we particularly noted here was how immaculately clean the spa and wellness area was kept as well as attention to detail by the fantastic staff from the reception to the restaurant; everyone is extremely motivated and service orientated. Francesco, Marta, Danilea and the young second Maitre Giuseppe were truly noteworthy. Front desk staff were all talented, professional and multilingual professionals switching between English, Italian, German, Russian and French effortlessly.
Before Covid the hotel was renowned for their grand buffets at breakfast and dinner but that has been taken away from. I actually enjoyed having no antipasti buffet as you do not go to bed stuffed and over ate! Service on the first morning breakfast was painfully slow but after around 08am more staff arrived and smoothness resorted. We would also like to thank the service staff for their care and attention to our request for lunch and dinner room service due to illness.
Other points to relish around the hotel was the lush and enormous gardens, the intimate our door dining areas, the bikes to rent, e-car charging but note the gym is dated but functional. Highlight was definitely the staff. We would recommend and cannot wait to return.
Very Nice, little dated but quite pleasant to the eye. Rooms are clean and crisp, lovely bathroom which on the other hand up to date. Service was awesome, people very courteous and helpful. Pools great over all activities as expected. Crowds a bit mature more on the senior side but love it. Would definitely come again.
I visited this hotel to deliver 2 top quality road race bikes to my clients.
My company has been renting quality bicycles since 2008 with delivery to hotels in 15 European countries.
During delivery I was surprised that this hotel doesn’t provide any indoor space to keep valuable bicycles safe during the client's stay but asks clients to leave them in an unattended outdoor garage.
If you are a cycling lover and you are looking for a hotel that offers an internal room to store your bicycle (or you want to take it to your room) I suggest you book in another structure.
My client had to cancel his reservation and find himself another hotel because he couldn't keep the bikes indoor. Waste of time and hassle. I suggest it as an advanced Google Maps guide and as a professional in the sports tourism and bike rental sector.
The hotel is 5 starts but we will give 3 starts because we are very disappointed, was no like we was expecting,
1- the internet in the hotel is very bad wherever you are.
2- the facility's in the room are very bad, no coffee machine, no tè, and the part I found more band, is that I have to go to the 3rd floor to iron my clothes because the ironing board was no in the room and they can't bring it to the room.
3- I book in the spa a luxury manicure and this cost 45€, for 50 minutes, she finished in 35 minutes and the manicure was owful, no very clean and no choices of colors.
4- 80% of the people was over 60 years old
5- the room was not very clean, I add picture.
